Workshop Summary
If you would enjoy interacting with other adults and discussing the effects of social media on our kids while sipping a glass of white or red or sipping on some bubbly water and indulging in a charcuterie board, this workshop is for you. This interactive and introspective workshop is designed for adults and parents to develop personal strategies to make changes in your relationships, and in your homes. What would you be doing right now if social media or smartphones did not exist? How would you live your life differently?
This workshop will be facilitated by Anthea Lovatt, founder of Branching Forward (Vancouver, BC & Burlington, ON).
